Position Summary:

This position is responsible for:

Facility, Security, Maintenance and Safety.

The role is accountable of landlord relationship, permits maintenance, BCP planning. Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities need. Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, supplies, cleanliness, services, and networking requirements.

Facilities

* Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities need.

* Oversees the coordination of space allocation and layout, supplies, cleanliness, services, and networking requirements.

* Monitors budgets and approves contracts and purchases.

* Be aligned, collaborate, and eventually execute activities to accomplish the Ingram Micro Decarbonization plan.

Security

* Is responsible for facilities security, providing protection of company personnel and property.

* Develops, implements, and maintains security procedures to meet required codes and regulations.

* Analyzes loss control and accident reports.

* Coordinating and administering security clearances and other policies and procedures in compliance with government agencies, certifications, and regulations such as ESG and waste compliance.

Safety

* This role is responsible for site safety, leading the way with best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

* Expected to help create a culture of safety with all team members, educating staff, reporting incidents and driving root cause counter measures to mitigate risks.

Maintenance

Building structure, forklift equipment, electrical, general support, to ensure that all site safety and waste management policies are in full compliance.

Experienced professional individual contributor. Works independently with limited supervision. May manager projects/processes. Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex. Influences others regarding policies, practices, and procedures. As an individual contributor, the associate will be responsible of planning and executing the plans of the position. On daily basis interacts with government entities and Ingram Micro corporate teams

Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.

Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization. Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.

Four-year college degree. Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems. Need to be fluent in English and Spanish.

Desired/preferred qualifications:

TAPA certification, OSHA, ESG compliance and Lean certification.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $70,800.00 - $113,300.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
