FACILITY MANAGER

The company is seeking junior, mid-level, and senior Facilities Managers to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.

• Oversee the allocation and utilization of space, including office layouts, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

• Assist with storage, maintenance, move related preparation, equipment, and property coordination. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovation of office and common space furniture and equipment. Escort other non-cleared personnel in their work performance.

• Assist in managing mail, courier, and shipping service data with the federal counterpart.

• Provide facilities and administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum years of related work experience in facilities management or related field such as maintenance or operations:

• Junior: 5 years of experience

• Mid-level: 10 years of experience

• Senior: 15 years of experience

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Mid-level and Senior: Associate’s Degree or 2 year technical school

SECURITY CLEARANCE

· Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
