We’re seeking a highly experienced *Trial Attorney Manager* to lead a team of litigators and drive successful outcomes for clients across the state. This is a rare leadership opportunity for a results-oriented attorney looking to make a significant impact at a top-tier firm using innovative legal tech and proven strategies.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of trial attorneys for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
* Oversee litigation strategy and ensure case quality across team portfolios
* Knowledge and skill to enforce Firm policies and procedures
* Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational success and client satisfaction

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience managing litigation teams and attorneys
* Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking in high-volume environments
* Proven litigation experience
* Has tried cases to verdict
* Able to provide list of cases tried to verdict
* Able to manage attorney for trial readiness, motion practice, quality depositions, mediations, and attorney retention
