Experienced in home Appliance Service Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced In Home Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Mr. Appliance of Kendall. As a leader in the appliance repair industry, we offer competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and more
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate records of parts used and services performed
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date on new technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
