Responsibilities:
- Lead and overseeHVAC projects for commercial clients, ensuring successful project executionfrom start to finish.
- Supervise andguide a skilled crew of HVAC technicians, fostering teamwork and maintaininghigh work standards.
- Read, interpret,and implement complex engineering plans, specifications, and Submittalsaccurately.
- Collaborateclosely with project managers and other teams to coordinate schedules,resources, and materials efficiently.
- Attend projectmeetings and maintain regular communication with clients and internalstakeholders, providing updates on project progress.
- Oversee equipmentmaintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed to ensure smooth projectoperations.
Requirements:
- Proven experienceas an HVAC Foreman within commercial projects.
- In-depth technicalknowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellentleadership skills to motivate and guide the team effectively.
- Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities to address project challenges proactively.
- Ability to workindependently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
- Exceptionalcommunication skills to foster positive interactions with clients, projectmanagers, and team members.
