Position Summary CaptureIntel Executive Protection Field Agents are retained for various high-risk situations and specialized security services, including, but not limited to: High-Risk Terminations High-Profile Driving Events In certain cases, agents may also be responsible for tracking individuals, documenting activities, and capturing video footage based on the specific objectives set by the client. Education and Experience Required Previous or current experience in Military, Investigations, Security, and/or Law Enforcement Use of Force Training Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurance Permit to Carry or the ability to obtain/retain a Permit to Carry in the State of Minnesota High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Protective/Workplace Violence Training Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check Prior PI/Security experience (preferred) Business Conduct Commits to behave in compliance with the Company’s values and Code of Conduct. Builds a culture of work safety and lead by example with one’s own safe behavior Ensures one’s own compliance with the company’s published Operating Standards (professional, sales, Management and Execs only) Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it – champions change when improvements can be made Schedule Hours vary and typically occur outside of normal business hours with early morning, evening, and overnight work. Travel In-State Travel only (Minnesota). Weekends and overnights required availability. Needs personal reliable vehicle. Overnight stay in hotels is possible.
