We are a dynamic real estate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an equally dynamic Executive Personal Assistant with specialized experience in real estate to support our team and its owner. This role requires a highly organized individual who can handle the diverse and intricate responsibilities of daily operations within the real estate sector.

About the Owner:

The owner possesses a profound passion for impeccable design and an unwavering obsession with details and accuracy. This ardor for aesthetics extends to collaboration with leading architects, landscapers, and vendors dedicated to maintaining the pristine condition of the properties. In the past, he owned a successful magazine centered on the realm of design, showcasing his commitment to and knowledge of the art. His educational background, paired with his meticulous nature, amplifies his discerning eye and appreciation for design and precision in all aspects of his ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the right-hand to the owner, supporting him in their daily operational, strategic activities, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Identify, manage, and track tasks mostly related to properties.

  • Serve as a liaison with other professionals such as attorneys, property managers, property management companies, accountants, and other employees.

  • Efficiently manage technology-related tasks including computer support, phone, emails, and more.

  • Exhibit strong writing skills and effective verbal communication.

  • Conduct research, delegate tasks to other professionals, and ensure follow-ups.

  • Manage the intricate scheduling demands for both the real estate team and the owner, ensuring optimal time-management.

  • Coordinate and occasionally drive the owner to property visits across Loveland, Denver, and Colorado Springs.

  • Execute follow-ups with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Liaise effectively with vendors, contractors, and various service providers, coordinating schedules and ensuring the highest quality of service.

  • Oversee administrative responsibilities including but not limited to: managing emails, data entry, filing, and document organization.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an executive or personal assistant role within the real estate sector.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Unmatched organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Capability to work autonomously and take initiative in prioritizing tasks.

  • Flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work during unconventional hours as the business dictates.

Preferred Qualities:

High degree of professionalism, intelligence, and a proactive mindset.

A valid driver’s license and comfortable driving the owner as required.

Conscientiousness and efficiency in task execution.

Professional Presentation :

It's imperative that the selected candidate embodies a strong professional presence, especially when liaising with external stakeholders. Whether meeting with attorneys, architects, lenders, or other professionals, the candidate should always exhibit professional attire and demeanor that resonates with our brand's commitment to excellence.

Growth Potential:

The chosen candidate will be entrusted with pivotal purchasing responsibilities and, reflecting their performance, possesses the potential to ascend as the Chief of Staff. In this elevated role, the individual will oversee both personal and professional facets of the owner's diverse enterprises, ensuring seamless operations and peak efficiency in all endeavors.

If you are a highly-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for accuracy and professionalism, and you meet or exceed these requirements, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter for consideration. Our team is excited to find someone who matches our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
