Element by Marriott North Charleston is on the lookout for a detail oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Housekeeper. You will play a critical role leading our housekeeping team, enabling them to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences, all while enjoying a competitive salary in a fun, team-oriented environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Leads the charge in transforming our guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
Empowers hotel staff to deliver great guest service.
Inspects rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met and exceeded for both guest rooms and public areas.
Plans work schedules and room assignments with minimum disruption to guests.
Recruits housekeeping staff that will model the PEACH way.
Emphasizes training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
Communicates openly with staff to handle their concerns, provides them guidance and sets them up for success.

SKILLS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
