Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong CACM background who will be overseeing the front desk receptionists. Must be flexible with their schedule. Must have CCAM. 

 

Responsibilities

- Manage front desk activities such as scheduling receptionists

- Assist Executive Directors with HOA general duties as needed

- Coordinate clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation

- Assist in training development for new hires and ongoing staff education

- Support budgeting processes and monitor expenses

- Manage payroll activities and ensure accurate processing

Experience

- Homeowner Association Knowledge a must

- Proven experience in an office management role

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus

- Prior experience in payroll processing and budget management is preferred
