Position Overview:

We are seeking a temporary, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. This role requires a dynamic individual who is equally adept at leading initiatives and executing tasks. The CEO, known for his high integrity and approachable nature, values efficiency and proactivity. The ideal candidate will seamlessly anticipate needs, handle logistics, and ensure the CEO’s day runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the CEO, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings and events, ensuring all logistics, such as parking and event access, are handled in advance.
• Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, hotels, and managing expense reports.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain a proactive approach to tasks, anticipating the CEO’s needs and preparing in advance.
• Collaborate with the VP of Operations on logistical matters and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Outlook and experience with travel arrangements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Experience in expense reporting and managing credit card information.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
