We are in search of an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Preston, Washington. This role is pivotal in supporting our Business Management team to carry out our long-term strategies. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to our Marketing and Sales departments, helping them to stay organized and on track with business objectives. This position offers an extended contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate connections within the team, supporting employees and ensuring a smooth business operation.

• Drive the execution for the Enterprise alignment, maintaining the pace of the business in line with our long-term strategy.

• Provide primary support to the Marketing and Sales departments, ensuring their needs are met and they remain organized and efficient.

• Use various software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and monday.com to manage tasks and projects effectively.

• Take part in the planning and organization of events as well as conference calls.

• Handle correspondence, ensuring all communications are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

• Manage calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and any changes are communicated to the relevant parties.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
• Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, including monday.com.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to organize and coordinate executive schedules through calendar management.
• Proficient in setting up and handling conference calls.
• Excellent skills in correspondence, with the ability to draft emails and letters on behalf of executives.
• Experience in event planning, including coordinating meetings and team events.
• Must be able to provide administrative assistance, including filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality is required.
• Ability to work independently and respond to queries promptly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
