Job Description :
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Event Setup : Assist in setting up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens according to the event layout.
• Event Breakdown : Dismantle event setups post-event, ensuring all equipment and furniture are properly stored and the venue is returned to its original condition.
• Guest Assistance : Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with directions, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met during the event.
• Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure that all events comply with venue policies and local regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the Event Coordinator and other staff members to ensure the smooth execution of events.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
