As our Part-Time Event Security Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in coordinating event operations by managing communications, tracking timelines, and ensuring accurate event data and documentation. We are seeking reliable, professional security personnel with strong multitasking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a calm demeanor in high-pressure situations.

DAY-TO-DAY:

• Monitor event timelines and adjust dispatching plans in real-time as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of dispatch activity, incidents, and communications.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate supervisor or emergency services as necessary.
• Serve as a point of contact for on-site staff to relay updates, issues, or emergencies.
• Input, update, and maintain event data including vendor information, attendee registrations, and post-event reports.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all event-related records and databases.
• Organize digital files, documents, and spreadsheets related to upcoming or past events.
• Cross-check and verify information to prevent duplication or errors.
• Communicate with team members to clarify or resolve any data discrepancies.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, for events.
• Possess or have the ability to obtain an Event and Entertainment Private Security Certification.
• Have prior experience as a dispatcher, in event security, or in a high-volume communications role.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Are calm, decisive, and composed under pressure.
• Can operate two-way radio systems, security software, and logging tools proficiently.
• Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Work well both independently and collaboratively with others.
• Are committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
