Loudoun County Department of Family Services seeks a dedicated and experienced professional for a CPS Evening Shift Supervisor. The successful candidate will join the Child Protective Services program within the Department of Family Services which envisions better health, safety, and well-being for all. Loudoun County Family Services is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and established professional candidate to lead the Child Protective Services (CPS) Investigations and Family Assessments (I&A) Evening Team.
Highlights of the role:Bachelor's degree required, with major coursework in a Human Services field preferred; AND, four (4) years of directly related experience in a human services area to include one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Pass pre-employment background checks including criminal, credit, DMV, and CPS/APS checks. Valid driver's license (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification). Hold or obtain licensure in Social Work, i.e., LCSW or LSW. Hold or obtain additional certifications preferred by the Department. Complete required County e-learning and MOAT training requirements as directed by department. Complete required supervisory training.
