Alba Manufacturing Inc. is looking to add an estimating and sales support associate to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Estimating
  • Work with sales team to generate quotes for conveyor equipment
    • Gather material, labor and engineering cost
    • Understand manufacturing processes and procedures to develop accurate pricing
  • Assist in maintaining standard equipment pricing
  • Review sales quotes to ensure complete, correct and accurate descriptions are being provided
• Prepare sales drawings to assist in the sales process
• Provide technical support to Alba's sales department and customers
  • Review and gather information needed for sales opportunities
  • Answer Customer technical questions
  • Assist the Sales team with product selection and technical support
  • Review product data and overall system requirements for projects
• Assist with Customer meetings and visits

Ideal Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in the conveyor and/or material handling industry helpful
• Mechanical Aptitude - Experience working with power transmission components helpful
• Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Applications
• Well organized and able to focus on details
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Excellent communication skills
• A team player that is willing to help out and take the initiative to get things done
• Ability to work independently
