Job Description Summary
The Equity and Equal Opportunity Investigator I (“EEO Investigator I”) in the Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity (“OEEO”) reports to the Associate Vice President for Equity and Equal Opportunity (“AVP EEO”), and will oversee the report intake process and harassment and discrimination prevention training. Under the guidance of the AVP EEO, the EEO Investigator I will investigate reports of harassment and discrimination based on protected class status.
This position will support the OEEO’s mission of promoting fairness and justice, ensuring that each member of the Miami University community is and feels included, and will foster a diverse and welcoming environment that is equally accessible for all who live, learn, work, and participate in activities at Miami University.
