Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Nonprofit Outreach Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the growth and success of nonprofit fundraising campaigns through strategic outreach and engagement with local communities. As an Entry-Level Nonprofit Outreach Coordinator, you will work directly with nonprofit clients to coordinate and promote impactful events that drive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and executing in-person fundraising events for nonprofit organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, volunteers, and supporters.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, scheduling, and staff coordination.
  • Promote nonprofit events through local outreach, including speaking engagements, flyers, and community involvement.
  • Collaborate with nonprofit clients to ensure event goals are met and fundraising objectives are achieved.
  • Support event teams with materials preparation and distribution to enhance the event experience.
  • Track event outcomes and provide feedback for improvement and future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Full-time availability is required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on community outreach.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
