Job Summary
As a Marketing Associate, you will:
Plan and coordinate community events, public activations, and outreach campaigns
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
Conduct basic market research to gather insights on trends, audience behavior, and competitors
Manage event logistics including setup, sponsor outreach, and collaboration with local partners
Assist with content planning and maintain consistent brand messaging across channels
Contribute creative ideas to increase community visibility and engagement
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Creative thinker with an interest in storytelling, branding, or public engagement
Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
Passionate about community impact, outreach, or social causes
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
