Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate event logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Assist in the development of event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure events stay within budget.
• Provide on-site support during events, handling issues as they arise and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and suggest improvements for future events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovations to our events.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
