As an Entry Level Communications Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting our communication team to ensure the efficient flow of information both internally and externally. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Draft and edit internal and external communication materials including emails, newsletters, and reports.
• Respond to inquiries from team members and clients in a timely and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for communication projects.
• Maintain and update communication databases and social media platforms.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm and contribute new ideas for communication initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
