ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity (the Vision, Mission, Values) and always reinforce the companys culture
- Interact with management to ensure solutions are being thoroughly implemented and seen through to completion
- Able to effectively communicate with customers, adjusters, and sub-contractors to answer questions and set expectations
- To follow the Core Processes of the Emergency Division in a timely and productive manner
- Ensure that the work is performed in the most productive manner to meet specific budgets
- To track revenue and costs of each project and provide opportunities for lessons learned to continue growth and improvement of
- Must be proficient in the utilization of applicable tools, drying & deodorization equipment and specialty equipment
- Able to document a job correctly with notes and photos in job management software (RMS), including but not limited to:
Work Authorizations 24-hour Reports
MICA Documents
Scope Sheet
Asbestos & Lead Documents
Customer Expectations/Reviews Packout and Packback Documents Total Loss Reports
Certificates of Completion/Satisfaction Customer Satisfaction survey
- Work a Centralized Estimator to review and approve preliminary estimates/estimates, dry log and inventory reports as requested by Adjusters/Carrier and per Third Party Administrator SLAs (Standard Level Agreements) guidelines and timelines in a timely and efficient manner
- Able to negotiate with Adjuster to reach an agreed upon scope and price of contracted services
- Timely collection of payments and closing of jobs
- Able to clearly define and write work orders stating the scope of work and production goal
- To regularly uphold and be accountable to all safety standards and regulations of the company
- Consistently deliver extra-ordinary customer service to all external and internal customers
- Must maintain a high standard of PDR Brand excellence and uphold team compliance in regard to uniform and vehicle maintenance policies
REQUIREMENT/QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a strong desire to serve and help others become the best they can be.
- Able to lead, manage and hold people accountable.
- Willing to be trainable, coachable and receive regular feedback from your supervisor.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in challenging environments, able to work with customers with a high level of empathy

- Must be a fast-paced, able to manage several tasks with accuracy and work well with others.
- 2+ years of industry experience in structure and personal property restoration including but not limited to: mold remediation, biohazard cleanups, large loss and commercial claims.
- Knowledge, understanding and certifications in the restoration of property structure and personal items accordingly to IICRC and industry standards.
- Experience in handling the restoration of property damage insurance claims.
- Able to use Xactimate to read estimates and Xactware to provide notes and documents to Carriers.
- Able to regularly work in difficult environments, all types of conditions and weather as needed.
- Able to be in full PPE as needed.
- Able to work in confined spaces as needed.
- Able to work in a productive, organized, and professional manner.
- Able to work 40+ hours per week with after-hours and/or weekend emergency inspections as needed.
- Able to fulfill the responsibility of the on-call position as needed.
- Able to be on time to work each day an maintain a strong, consistent work attendance record.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to pass a criminal background verification and must be insurable to drive company vehicles.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.

- Base commission on projects completed. Our current ESM's yearly pay range from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
