Job Description

I am looking for a Sr. Project Manager to hit the ground running. This is a position that will put you on a short track into Executive Management. I need someone that can run multiple jobs 5-10 at a time. This position will oversee client managment for some major tech clients. This person must be someone that is conceptually strong, has an engineer mind, and will be able to work on complex design build work. I need a leader.

Duties:

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work, schedule and resources necessary to successfully complete a project.
• Ensures 100% of all staff and employees work in a safe environment
• Prepare a complete estimate for selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications and bid form.
• Plan and organize a project under the directions of Ownership and Executive Management
• Defines project-related responsibilities to maximize resources.
• Train and effectively supervise Project Managers
• Maintain liaison with GC client and A/E to help facilitate construction activities.
• Monitor construction activities in conjunction with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent.
• Supervise the preparation of any and all change quotations for presentation to the prime client. Negotiate all change quotations to a conclusion.
• Manage financial aspects of contracts ( progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the client
• Review and Oversee any documentation prepared by Project Managers and Project Engineers.
