What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, project teams, and internal support staff
• Take full ownership of contracts, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
• Lead project planning from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and aligns with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documents
• Proactively resolve project challenges, conflicts, and schedule impacts to keep projects on track
• Coordinate closely with Purchasing to ensure materials are ordered, expedited, and delivered to meet project timelines

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial Electrical Construction projects
• Proven background in Data Centers, Healthcare, and commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and project controls
• Ability to work from project sites throughout the greater San Antonio area
• Willingness to travel as needed (a plus)
