Lead the Crew that Powers the Digital World

We’re expanding across multiple job sites and looking for Electrical Foremen who know what it takes to lead a crew, think ahead, and finish strong. If you take pride in doing things right the first time — safely, efficiently, and with craftsmanship that lasts — you belong here.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and motivate your crew of skilled electricians
• Plan and execute daily work with precision, safety, and quality in mind
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schedules
• Communicate clearly with General Foremen and Site Supervision
• Ensure installations meet or exceed EPI Power standards and NEC requirements
• Represent EPI’s culture of professionalism and performance in everything you do

What You Bring

• 5+ years of electrical construction experience
• Proven success leading crews in data center or industrial settings
• Deep understanding of NEC and electrical installation practices
• Driven, organized, and committed to doing the job right
• A leadership mindset — you don’t just work on the job; you own it

Pay Range: $35.00 – $46.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Per Diem: $125.00 (must work 6 days to get full 7 days per diem)

Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match

EPI Power offers overtime opportunities, steady long-term work, and advancement into General Foreman and Site Supervision roles.
