Description:
Seeking dynamic person to work as a full time Electric Motor Mechanic in a fast-paced Submersible Motor Engineering Manufacturer located in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Dismantling, cleaning, replacing, and repairing the parts in an electric motor.
Test motor for engine failure and document issues discovered
Send motor back to customer with issues resolved
Experience & Skill Requirements:
Requires (at least) entry level mechanic skills
Experience / basic operating knowledge of hand & air tools
Training is provided for equipment and specialty tools
Welding experience (Helpful but not required)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time on unpadded flooring.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
Comfortability working with a team of up to 10 people.
Comfortability working in a non-climate controlled environment
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Certifications/Tests/Card Requirements:
Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred but not required – 3 to 5 years of experience or education in this field

Drug Screening
Shifts/Hour/Days Work Schedule:
6:00 am – 2:45 pm
Monday – Friday
Compensation:
$20.00- $25.00 per hour DOE
