Job Description
We are searching for a skilled operator with extensive experience operating drones via Remote Control. The qualified candidate will act as an operations specialist, assisting in the development and testing of cutting-edge safety-related technologies. This role includes mission planning and lightweight maintenance duties. The ideal candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for technology. Based near Boeing Field in South Seattle, the candidate will travel up to 75% of the time to various flight test sites.

Work Environment
The position requires working 5 days a week with an 8-hour shift, starting at 1:00 PM and ending at 8:30 PM, though this can change. The role includes working variable shifts and schedules, including weekends when applicable. Travel up to 75% of the year is required, with all travel and housing provided. The work environment includes working in volatile weather conditions within established safety thresholds. A work vehicle will be provided for driving to offsite work locations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
