Summit’s warehouse delivery associates play a pivotal role in fulfilling our customers’ needs for materials and services by pulling customer orders, ensuring their accuracy, preparing them for delivery, and safely and promptly delivering material to customer job sites. Warehouse delivery associates represent Summit to our customers and have opportunities to gather valuable customer feedback and needs that they can pass on to Summit’s sales team. When not on a delivery, these associates participate in other warehouse activities. This role is one of Summit’s entry level branch positions and an excellent role to be introduced to the business and learn skills, product knowledge, and industry best practices that prepare the associate for future opportunities at Summit.
