This role drives full cycle recruiting for client accounts, oversees recruiter productivity, and ensures delivery of high-quality candidates that align with client needs and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep experience in staffing operations, team management, and client relationship development. They will balance strategic planning with operational excellence to position the agency as a leader in talent solutions and workforce delivery.
