What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and optimizing landing pages for marketing campaigns
• Assisting with paid ads setup, testing, and basic performance tracking
• Managing and scheduling social media content
• Supporting daily marketing operations and campaign rollouts
• Helping create digital assets (graphics, copy, simple layouts) as needed
• Learning modern marketing workflows, tools, and data-driven decision making

Who We’re Looking For:

• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and love solving problems
• You have a basic understanding of digital marketing (funnels, ads, analytics)
• You’re tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• You communicate clearly — whether writing captions or reporting results
• You want structure, mentorship, and a clear path to level up
• You’re already in Tampa or relocating soon (in-office only)

Bonus points if you’ve touched tools like WordPress/Webflow, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Canva — not required, but helpful.

What You’ll Get:

• $60,000–$70,000 annual salary
