What we receive has evolved—from bills and letters to daily deliveries—but mailboxes haven’t. Adoorn is changing that. The Role

We’re looking for a  Digital Designer to create high-quality visuals across web, social, email, and print. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you’ll design digital assets and marketing materials that define Adoorn’s brand across all touchpoints. Role is Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality creative across web, social (organic + paid), email, and print—both still and motion—ensuring a cohesive, engaging brand experience.
• Bring campaigns to life with mobile video editing and motion design for social, email, and digital marketing.
• Own the execution of digital assets, from e-commerce graphics to landing pages, with a strong focus on usability and brand consistency.
• Collaborate across teams—including Marketing, Data, and Customer Engagement—to develop high-performing, strategic creative.
• Identify opportunities to refine design systems, enhance user experience, and drive business impact through compelling visuals.
• Stay ahead of trends in digital design and emerging technologies to push creative boundaries.
• Manage multiple projects with speed and precision while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel creative.
• A sharp eye for design, high standards for craft, and strong typography skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with the ability to move seamlessly between tools.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects while assessing priorities effectively.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and execute with precision.

Strongly Desired

• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design approaches.
• Ability to implement light coding for web and email.
