Dental Office Receptionist – Full-Time Location: Powell, TN

Kennedy Dentistry is well-established private dental practice in Powell, TN. We are seeking a friendly and professional Dental Office Receptionist to join our team, since we are expanding our office. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits and a welcoming work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently

• Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries

• Verify insurance coverage and process claims

• Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality

• Handle billing and collect payments as needed

• Assist with other administrative tasks to support office operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting

• Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance verification is a plus

• Proficiency with dental office software (or willingness to learn)
