We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help lead our practice to continued success.

    Position Overview: The Office Manager will play a critical role in the daily operations of our practice, overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. This position requires someone who is hands-on, solution-driven, and highly skilled in insurance verification, treatment planning, and office organization. This role will be responsible for building the schedule and holding staff accountable to hit goals. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Team Management:

      • Lead by example, inspiring a collaborative and proactive team culture.
      • Support, mentor, and train staff to ensure optimal performance.
      • Manage daily operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Insurance & Financial Coordination:

      • Perform and oversee insurance verifications with accuracy and efficiency.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and coverage to optimize patient care.
      • Assist in managing accounts receivable and billing processes as needed.
    • Treatment Planning & Patient Care:

      • Work with providers to create detailed treatment plans for patients.
      • Clearly communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients.
      • Ensure a seamless patient experience by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Administrative Excellence:

      • Manage office schedules, ensuring proper workflow and efficiency.
      • Oversee the organization of patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
      • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Culture & Attitude:

      • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the practice every day.
      • Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
      • Foster a friendly and welcoming environment for patients and team members alike.

    Qualifications:

    • MANDATORY 3+ Years Dental Admin Experience 
    • Proven experience in dental office management or a similar administrative role in a healthcare setting.
    • Strong understanding of dental insurance policies and verification processes.
    • Proficiency in treatment planning and financial coordination.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft) is a plus, OPEN DENTAL ideally.
