Job Description
The Rounds is the portal for managing everything that comes in/out of your home, i.e. your AI-powered personal Psychic Home Manager. Our mission is to make everyday choices effortless and more sustainable than the alternative. The Rounds automates the "inventory management" of the stuff you use every day, starting with weekly delivery and refill of essential consumer goods via our own scheduled two-way last mile logistics network. The Rounds is looking for a motivated Delivery Associate who thrives in a face-paced, physical environment and wants to make an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for making drop offs and pickups and supporting our warehouse operations including sorting, picking and packing. Your day-to-day efforts will support aggressive growth and expansion at a rapidly growing, early-stage startup.
You Will: - Rotate between driving the company van and riding our e-bikes for deliveries.
- Liaise with our Operations Managers for flawless transfers from/to our Members, local vendors, and The Rounds warehouses.
- Comply with company protocols, with a spotlight on elite customer service.
- Utilize handheld devices for route details and customer information.
- Engage closely with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a clear, cheerful communication.

Required Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License for van operations.
- Previous route delivery expereince
- Tolerance for various weather conditions and the physical endurance for consistent activity, including lifting up to 50lbs.
- Comfort with repeated vehicle entries/exits and prolonged standing.
Hours & Benefits - Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM approx.)
- Paid Time Off, Sick Time
$18 - $20 an hour
Eligible for routine increases after every 500 hours worked!
