Data Entry/Office Assistant
Busy Court Reporting Agency in Central New Jersey seeking Full-Time Clerical/Data Entry Employee.

• On location - Hamilton Square, NJ
Data Entry Clerk key competencies include:
• Data Entry experience
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel
• Customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and works well under pressure
• Organizational skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently
Data Entry Clerk tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Update, manage, and organize internal files, documents and reports.
• Scan and organize documents for filing purposes
• Process and update log sheets, invoices or billing sheets.
• Identify and correct data entry errors
• Perform general office duties like copying and scanning.
