ProLogistix is seeking an immediate Data Entry Clerk for our client in Spokane, WA.



Monday-Friday| 9:00am-1:00pm|$18.50/hr - This is a 3-month contract and PART TIME opportunity.


Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for recording information within a Warehouse Management System. They are also responsible for entering order data paper formats or emails into a warehouse management system using a keyboard. This is a clerical position in a professional office setting. The associate will be frequently required to sit, stand, walk use hands, stoop, bend, and reach.


Essential Functions:

• Type in data provided directly from customers.
• Create and review spreadsheets as needed.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Update existing data.
• Retrieve data from database or electronic files.
• Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it's not lost.
• Other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Fast typing skills, knowledge of touch-typing systems is strong preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• 1-2 years of Data entry experience.
• Extension use of a phone and PC
