Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law.The Data Center Manager will be part of a larger team spanning across the globe and manage a team of 12 to 17 members.Key Responsibilities:· Equipment Moves, Installation and Setup· Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks· Decommissioning and Disposal· Maintenance and Repairs· Monitoring and Reporting· Inventory Asset Management· Emergency Response· Lab Cleanliness and Safety· Basic Testbed SupportQualifications:Candidates applying to this role should have knowledge/skill in the following areas:'· Installation and configuration of hardware components such as servers, routers, and switches· Installation and upgrade of IOS, OS, ESXi· Help to replicate or build configurations based on customer requirement.· Installation and networking of Managed Power Distribution Unites mPDUs· Intra and Inter lab equipment and rack moves· Cable management, including running, organizing, topology clean-up, and labelling network cables· Troubleshooting and Break Fix Tasks· Conduct basic diagnostics to identify hardware issues.· Network debugging, tracking layer 1 to 3 issues· Router, Switch, installation and Upgrade experience is must· Rack & Stack, PDU installation experience is must· Should have experience in labelling inventory tracking for components and devices inside Data Center.Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
