Customer Service Representative - Ocean Export

Must be located in Utah. On-site role Mon-Fri (w/1 hour lunch)

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service - Ocean Export Team:

• Respond to customer inquiries for export cargo both via email and telephone
• Create, amend or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines
• Communicate cross functionally to manage customer expectation, equipment and space availability and escalate to direct management as required
• Promote utilization of OOCL online tools

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
