Location : Mesa Drive & Southern Avenue, Mesa, AZ

Position Type : Part-Time (15–20 Hours per Week), Weekend Availability (Sundays required)

Job Description

As a Bahama Buck’s Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for every customer. You’ll work alongside a fun, supportive team to provide exceptional customer service, craft high-quality treats, and maintain a welcoming environment for everyone. We’re looking for upbeat, responsible, and friendly individuals available to work 15 to 20 hours on weekends, including Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude, and assist them with menu selections. Ensure every guest leaves happy by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Order Preparation : Make a variety of Bahama Buck’s treats like shaved ice, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following our recipes and standards.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean work area, including counters, equipment, and customer seating areas. Follow health and safety guidelines to keep the store tidy and safe for guests.
• Product Knowledge : Learn and memorize our smoothie and shaved ice menu, understand flavor combinations, and answer any customer questions confidently.
• Upselling and Recommendations : Suggest toppings, creams, and popular add-ons that enhance our products, making every treat extra special for our guests.

Requirements

• Weekend Availability : Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays.
• Positive Attitude : Bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset every shift.
• Reliability : Be on time, responsible, and proactive.
• Willingness to Learn : We’ll train you, but we expect you to show interest in learning our products and processes to provide the best service.
