Creative Assistant to Social Media Influencer (High-Profile Client – In-Home, Albuquerque, New Mexico)

Location: On-site (Albuquerque, NM) RELOCATION Assistance will be provided!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Creative Assistant to support a fast-growing influencer with over 1 million followers. This role goes beyond scheduling content — you’ll be deeply embedded in every part of our creative operations including merchandise development, content production, social media asset management, and future collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Export

• Assist with short-form video and story creation (IG, TikTok,etc.)

• Aide with long-form video (Youtube)

• Support with organize and prep content for export across social media platforms

• Collaborate with editors or use simple tools to do light editing (Capcut/ Davinchi Resolve)

• Coordinate with videographers in preparation for content shoots

2. Content Logistics

• Scout and prep locations, props, and outfits for shoot days

• Coordinate with vendors or team members for ordering and returning props

• Maintain shoot-readiness by managing checklists for clean-up and organization

• Support SOP documentation and improvements for creative workflows

3. Content Management

• Organize and archive project files, raw footage, and final edits

• Maintain cloud and local storage systems (Google Drive, hard drives)

• Ensure timely backups and syncing of assets

• Support enriching content with metadata or tagging systems

4. Merchandising (Future Effort)

• Assist in ideating and launching branded merchandise

• Coordinate product mockups, samples, and order tracking

• Maintain folders and timelines for merch development

5. Creative Development (Future Effort)

• Help source ideas and trends for upcoming content

• Maintain Storyboards, brainstorm decks, and aesthetic references

• Build and nurture creator collaboration lists for future partnerships

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a creative or content support role (agency, influencer, brand side, marketing)
• Strong organizational skills — you love folders, calendars, systems, creating “How To`s”
• Working knowledge of Google Suites, Monday.com, CapCut, or similar tools
• Aesthetic eye and familiarity with trends across TikTok, Instagram, and OF
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments
• Strong communication and ability to anticipate needs

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with merchandise development or e-commerce

• Familiarity with creator platforms

• Basic video editing or thumbnail creation skills
