Position Summary The CPG Specialty Markets Intern - SalesForce and Market Sizing will help with the implementation of SalesForce within Specialty Markets Sales Team. This will involve three aspects - data cleaning of current data, mathematically setting priority accounts for both Retail and FoodService channel, and finally performing modeling to assist in market sizing/sales force rightsizing of the Specialty Channel sales force. Position Essential Duties and Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the CPG Specialty Markets Intern - SalesForce and Market Sizing are outlined below and include but are not limited to the following: Improve data completeness and correctness within SalesForce, including: Basic data cleaning grunt work Moving data from current system (Kintone) to SalesForce Proper assignation of accounts and contacts to sales people Complete Account information Complete contact information Using proper data points and modeling, assign a priority to all Retail and FS accounts within database Develop Retail FS market size and market map Develop salesforce rightsizing concepts based on market size/potential, using: Distributor sales organization setup Internal Retail and FS account characteristics Position Qualifications Qualifications include: Working toward a degree in computer science, market research, or business statistics, preferably both Understanding of and experience with data modeling and regressions Demonstrated communication skills across a variety of communication methods and tools. Proven working knowledge of market research and demonstrated analytical skills. Native or fluent English language skills A relatable food experience and/or a demonstrated passion and/or knowledge of food preferable. Candidates with Native or fluent Asian language skills will be given priority Range of Pay $26.00 - 32.00 per hour.
