Corporate Paralegal Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Maintaining books and records including minute books, capitalization tables, transaction binders, and other materials. Assisting with creation, maintenance and dissolution of entities and managing those activities, preparing written consents, resolutions, certifications, minutes and other corporate documents as needed Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support on all governance matters Preparing, reviewing and proofreading documents and handling document distributions and signatures Provide operational support to the legal department Other duties or projects as assigned by the legal department which may include working on regulatory issues Qualifications: Must have at least five years of experience Bachelor's Degree. A Paralegal Certification is a PLUS! Demonstrated proficiency with corporate records and debt and equity transactions. Proven ability to read and interpret legal documents. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong initiative and follow up skills Detail and deadline oriented Logical, intuitive and persistent personality Strong analytical skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint NorthPoint Search Group Inc
