Key Role:

Serve as a part of the internal corporate development team and assist with valuation and deal modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other investments. Assist with evaluating the broader corporate financial strategy of Booz Allen. Leverage knowledge of financial metrics and their impact on major financial statements. Perform strategic financial analyses including merger consequences, accretion and dilution, leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, and public trading and acquisition analysis. Focus on executing the mergers and acquisition process, interacting with senior leaders, and playing an integral role within the corporate development team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with investment banking or corporate development
• Experience with merger and acquisition transactions in the government services market
• Experience structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations
• Experience with financial modeling in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify issues, and recommend solutions proactively
• Ability to prioritize work streams and adapt to different tasks quickly
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for benefits. The projected salary range is $62,000 to $141,000 annually. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
