Job Description

Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team. As a Contracts Manager, you will be part of the Legal and Strategic Partnerships department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Roseland, NJ

What's the Job?

• Drafting and negotiating complex professional service agreements with strategic partners and vendors
• Managing a wide variety of third-party relationships to support business strategies and technology initiatives
• Providing consultative support to senior management on legal, compliance, and financial issues
• Negotiating, closing, and managing arrangements to secure technology and product/service needs
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and minimizing financial and legal risks

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of experience in contract management or related roles
• At least 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex SaaS agreements
• Strong understanding of legal, compliance, and financial considerations in contracts
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build effective cross-functional teams
