Position Overview
UBR GROUP is seeking a highly organized and experienced Contract Administrator professional to manage a broad range of legal and administrative tasks essential to the companyβs operations. This role includes drafting and reviewing subcontractor agreements , real estate purchase and sale contracts , insurance agreements , and other key legal documentation, while also supporting general business administration.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Prepare, review, and manage a variety of contracts and legal documents
β’ Oversee documentation and compliance for real estate transactions
β’ Assist in managing and renewing insurance agreements
β’ Handle daily administrative duties and support overall office management
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams including project managers, architects, engineers, and developers
β’ Assist with public relations and internal communications as needed
β’ Mentor junior staff members and contribute to process improvement initiatives
β’ Review and coordinate the permitting process across multiple projects
β’ Provide consistent updates to the UBR team with detailed documentation, including reports
Qualifications
Experience
β’ Minimum of 3 years in Contract Administrator and administrative support role
Technical Skills
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Authorization
β’ A bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or any related discipline relevant to contract administration.
