Role Responsibilities Develop relationships with healthcare providers across the U.S. by sourcing professionals, making calls, asking effective questions, and matching them with available job opportunities. Negotiate recruitment, interview, marketing, and hiring processes with candidates and clients. Respond to candidate inquiries, explain position details, and assess candidate suitability. Facilitate placement by matching skills, licenses, and preferences. Conduct reference checks and coordinate interviews. Negotiate contract terms. Maintain candidate databases and foster long-term relationships with providers and clients. Qualifications At least one year of experience in direct sales of products or services. Experience selling professional services; recruitment experience is a plus. Proficiency with large-scale database systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills College education. Discretion and independent judgment in recruiting. Understanding of professional service needs, physician credentials, and client practices. Persuasive communication skills. Enthusiasm and rapport-building over the phone. Ability to interpret financial data and profit margins. Effective time management and goal setting. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Salary range: $60,000 - $235,000 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional details provided during hiring.
