WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:
You'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with some days starting at 6 AM.
As our Construction Project Manager, your typical day at work involves managing and overseeing all phases of projects from start to finish. This includes developing comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, as well as coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. You'll also monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Regular site visits are essential to monitor work progress and adherence to project plans, and you'll prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is a key part of your role, and you'll be responsible for managing project documentation, leading project meetings, and facilitating effective communication among team members.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Although preferred, no plumbing experience is needed for this Construction Project Manager role! Having a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus, as well as being PMP (Project Management Professional) certified.
