Overview Construction Health & Safety Specialist (OSHA 510 and OSHA 30) — Kearneysville, WV Location: Kearneysville, West Virginia (local candidates only with OSHA 510). Type: Fixed-Term Contract. Compensation: 40-50 USD per hour, 40 hours per week plus OT and weekend work as needed. Responsibilities Supervise operations to ensure strict compliance with safety standards. Conduct thorough safety inspections and detailed audits throughout the facility. Coach and guide team members on safety protocols, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness. Proactively maintain a safe, hazard-free environment, with a strong focus on fire safety and working at heights. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Construction Management (preferred). 10+ years of industrial construction experience. In-depth knowledge of general building construction methods and safety best practices. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations; OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications required. Comfortable working in and around large industrial manufacturing facilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
