Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Charleston, SC for a Commercial Roofing Service Manager. The candidate will manage daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, provide exceptional customer service, lead and train the team, and oversee project execution. Responsibilities also include coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Operations Management
• Proficiency in Training and Team Leadership
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effectively lead service crews to maintain company expectations regarding safety and quality workmanship.
• Relevant experience in commercial roofing industry is preferred.
