Job Summary:

Oversee and manage all aspects of commercial HVAC service, installation, and ductwork operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with safety and industry standards. Build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth and financial success of the commercial division.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor service and installation technicians in commercial HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Serve as the point of escalation for technical and logistical challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, dispatch, and finance departments to ensure seamless operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation for commercial projects while managing budget constraints.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards in all operations.
• Manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify progress and compliance with project specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Provide technical support for designing, installing, and servicing HVAC ductwork and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and manage budgets for commercial projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Analyze financial reports and recommend strategies to improve profit margins.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Technical expertise in commercial HVAC systems and ductwork.
• Financial acumen for budget management and cost control.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in HVAC or a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in commercial HVAC service and installation, including team management.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing, walking, and inspecting job sites.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor and confined spaces.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or scaffolding.
