The Clinic Urology Specialist will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer, collaborating closely with a team of experienced urologists, advanced practice clinicians, and a dedicated support staff. This role will also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including surgeons, hospitalists, and emergency care professionals, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. The Clinic Urology Specialist will be part of a dynamic practice offering comprehensive urologic care, including adult and pediatric urology, benign prostate enlargement, urologic cancers, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, kidney stones, male infertility, urinary tract infections, and voiding dysfunction. The hospital features state-of-the-art surgical suites, advanced diagnostic imaging, and a modern acute care facility. The practice provides a diverse mix of cases, robotic-assisted surgeries, and a strong internal referral base, offering the opportunity to build on an existing patient population. The Clinic Urology Specialist will diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions, including prostate enlargement, urologic cancers, kidney stones, and male infertility. This role will perform advanced surgical procedures, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, and participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives. The Clinic Urology Specialist will also mentor advanced practice clinicians and foster strong relationships with referring physicians.
